Welcome to Promptpikr. By visiting or using this website, buying a premium prompt, or using the Create PDF tool, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What we offer

Promptpikr is an online library of AI image prompts. We provide:

  • Free prompts that anyone can view and copy.
  • Premium prompts whose prompt text is unlocked after a one-time payment.
  • Create PDF — a tool that lets you choose prompts and download them as a PDF (a free preview and limited free version may be offered; the full version is paid).
  • Blog articles, categories and other informational content.

Everything we sell is a digital product delivered online. Nothing is shipped to you physically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and be legally able to enter into a contract to make a purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape or republish our prompts, images or articles in bulk, or resell or redistribute them (including inside your own prompt collection, PDF, course or marketplace listing);
  • bypass, share or tamper with the premium lock, payment, order or download-limit systems;
  • use the website to break any law, to harm others, or to create misleading, defamatory, hateful or sexually explicit content, or content that imitates real people without their consent;
  • attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the website or its servers, or use bots to access it.

We may block access or cancel orders if these rules are broken.

4. Free and premium prompts

Free prompts may be copied and used to generate your own images. A premium purchase unlocks the prompt text for your personal use. Access is linked to the order you made and is remembered on the browser/device you ordered from. If you change device or clear your browser data, you can restore access by contacting us with your order number.

5. Create PDF

  • You can build and preview a PDF for free. Downloading the full version requires a one-time payment shown at checkout.
  • Each payment covers a limited number of pages and downloads, as stated on the Create PDF page.
  • Your PDF is for your own personal use. You may not resell or redistribute the PDFs or the prompts inside them.
  • After payment you receive an order ID and an invoice by e-mail.

6. Prices and payments

  • Prices are shown at checkout in Indian Rupees (₹) for UPI/QR payments and in US Dollars ($) for PayPal payments. We may change prices at any time; the price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.
  • UPI / QR payments are checked by us manually. Your order is completed only after we confirm that the payment has reached us, which normally takes a few minutes but can take longer. Always enter the correct transaction ID (UTR) and pay the exact amount shown.
  • PayPal payments are processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal login details. PayPal or your bank may charge currency-conversion or other fees, which are not in our control.
  • You are responsible for making sure the payment details you give are correct.

7. Digital delivery

Premium prompts are unlocked, and Create PDF downloads are enabled, as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery. If your payment is confirmed but you do not get access, contact us and we will fix it.

8. Refunds

Because our products are digital and are delivered instantly, refunds are limited. Please read our Refund Policy before buying.

9. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, prompts, images, logos and PDF layouts belong to Promptpikr or its licensors and are protected by law. Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it as described in these terms. It does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

10. AI-generated results

  • Prompts are written for AI image tools. Results differ between tools, versions and settings, so we cannot guarantee that any prompt will produce a particular image or quality.
  • The AI tools you use are provided by third parties and have their own terms. You are responsible for following them and for how you use the images you generate.
  • Sample images on this website are examples only.

11. Third-party links and advertisements

The website may contain links and advertisements from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

12. Your information

When you buy something or contact us, we collect the details you give us (such as your name, phone number and e-mail address) and basic technical data such as your IP address. We use them to process your order, issue your invoice, give you access to what you bought, prevent misuse and reply to you. We use cookies to remember your purchase on your device. We do not sell your personal information. Payment providers (such as PayPal and your bank/UPI app) handle your payment details under their own policies. To ask about or request deletion of your data, contact us; we may need to keep some order and invoice records as required by law.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep everything accurate and running, but we do not promise that the website will always be available, error-free or suitable for your particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptpikr is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from the use of the website or its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, and cancel unfulfilled orders, if you break these terms or misuse the website. Where we cancel a paid order without it being your fault, we will refund it as set out in the Refund Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after changes means you accept them.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction there. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem quickly.
